Hello Friends, This morning I read about a 4 year girl who is suffering from Lucemia and is getting treatment in Indo-American Cancer Hospital. Her parents somehow arranged money for the initial treatment. Second stage of treatment should start and it costs nearly 4 lakhs.
I read it and I thought that as it is very big amount, let us not consider it. But this morning Sudha (friend of Pranahitha) rang to me and requested my help in taking up the case collectively. I actually forwarded her the case of one year old girl suggested by Nachaki. She spoke with Aasish and he told the same to her that there is no point in taking up the case as parents themselves are not interested. She told him about this new case and he said that he has to consult other friends in his group. They collected Rs. 10,000 for that girl. There is nearly 43k or so left with Pranahitha and Sudha. (They gave us Rs. 25,296 for Divena's case to be spent on Paparao garu). She says that she knows few other groups as well and she wanted to take their help also in this case. If all of us unite, we can raise the required amount. One of her friends will be going to Balanagar to meet the girl's father and if possible someone will go to the hospital too. I feel that we too can help and through this case, our wish of meeting like-minded groups will be fulfilled.
