Prasanthi, If we don't have enough volunteers or if we don't have enough time or if there is none to coordinate or if there is none to co-operate the co-ordinate let us not take the case.
BUT let us not say that we are not taking the case because parents are not interested. That child where parents are not interested needs our interest most. This is my opinion.
