Seems the family is whitecard family (I mean BPL) and they can apply for CM and PM Fund. There is Ambedkar Foundation Fund if they are SCs. But this is a big procedure as we have to get sign from an MP. Problem is only of volunteers. Since they are from Srikakulam, they might expect our support here. If not emotional support, we have to guide them reg. CM, PM and other funds. I am not sure if they can get the signature of an MP. Anyways as the hospital in question is NIMS, it is somewhat better.
