Srikakulam is one of those 3 districts where AAROGYA SREE scheme is
implemented apart from Mahboob Nagar and Anantapur. So as this person is having
BPL(White Ration Card) Card, he can simply walk into any hospital undertaking
such cases. There are big banners displayed (written in telugu) in each
hospital where AAROGYA SREE is undertaken. So it wont be difficult for the
patient to find out that. With the White card, he can get full treatment
without paying anything if that particular disease is listed with AAROGYA SREE.
