To be frank, I too felt the same. The first school that I visited has much strength. Here it is not.
If it is only a matter of 30 students, it is better if we buy them all. Personally I too feel so. I kept quiet because it is usually against our general guidelines. But as we only specified occasionally, guidelines should show us the path. Thats it.
