Coming to the cleaning process or whatever it is, doctors do not take the patient as a patient but as a machine whom they have to fix.. (atleast they give such an impression) We need to console the mother saying that they know better than us.. and cannot do anything here.. :(( I can understand the situation that Nagur is going through and let us hope that the kid recovers at the earliest.
