Please treat this as very important and reply. Please do not take it as joke
either.
This feedback is on me and my way of working with respect to the group.
One of my friends who is not a member but who follows/reads almost all our
mails, commented that it seems most of our members feel that 'I am feeling
as if I own the group and the group belongs to me; I do not care for others
opinion and implement my ideas only'.
He is good at analysing people and he need not lie to me on what he feels.
Might be true, might be wrong. But I want you people to be open.
As far as I am concerned, I never thought so. I feel like I always consult
our members before doing anything and also insist on consensus. I express my
views very strongly. But I too have the right to share my views and why
should I be denied the right? If my opinion differs from others, shouldn't I
share it?
Can anyone show any case or any activity wherein I didn't bother or care
about group's decision?
Let me tell you very honestly, I am very much for the name, 'To Make A
Difference' for our group. But when the poll result is something different
to it, I am very unhappy. But I decided to go ahead with the group's
decision only eventhough I am completely against it.
{ I thought heart in heart, baba is there any way out? is there any way that
we can retain the same name for our website also?' kind of. not even a
prayer. }
If Krishna garu wouldn't have come up with the .net option, we would have
registered the group with the option selected in the poll.
Anyways, it seems there is a gap.
The way I project myself or people perceive me seems to be different.
Please come with your honest feedback. I want to know.
