"1. I am feeling as if I own the group and the group belongs to me;
2. I do not care for others opinion and implement my ideas only"

My view:

1. First on the second part: I dont think people feel that you are
dominating and implement only your views. But you do have strong views
& you voice them clearly and logically. Its possible that some people
got overwhelmed by the force of your views and couldn't voice their
own (weak) views. This is just a possibility & I dont think it has
happened in our group.

2. Now the first part: I feel this is true, but in an entirely
different way! Its the members who feel that you drive the group and
they just wait to be driven. Putting in another way, we dont have many
leaders who are proactive & take an active lead. We have many people
who participate in discussions and give suggestions (like what I am
doing here :) ) but they only execute under your shadow!

I feel the group is going big and we need to concentrate on these questions:

1. How to organize better? -> good organization implies more
efficiency. But lets not keep on organizing and organizing without any
execution. We should carefully avoid this pitfall.
2. How to create leaders - i.e more Prashanthi's ? -> We need to
create an environment that fosters & motivates people to take active
role.

I always disliked reading long mails and I have written one here :)
Now I will stop.

Thanks,
Phanindra
