I sponsored her tailoring training, (time and money), bore her late night stitching practice session sound, bought her a sewing machine(semi-atomatic) so that apart from regular stitching job, she can do falls and pico stitching on that. She left because next year she may get married and prior to that she wants to stay with her parents for a year or so.She was a matriculate. I treated her like a family member and same would be applied to any worker at my house. So anyone may contact her and ask whether she is ready to take this up. She will get nice shelter, good food, no hard work and good money for this profile with a career building option. What I want in return is TRUST and loyalty.
