Even I am open to such an arrangement. We have been looking for someone like that to come help us with the baby primarily. Maid takes care of the household work and no elders to look after in the house.
But I have focussed only on referals so far since I would pretty much be putting my family at risk with the wrong person. The commitment would have to be for a minimum of two years. However, if we know any genuine cases, it would be worth considering. I have plenty of friends and family members who would be willing to give shelter in this manner. If this is something we are looking for, could be an option. Fortunately does not involve any cost to the group, but we do need to be careful about the references and the cases have to be verified for their genuinity. So let us think and take it up accordingly. Someone would have to own the responsibility of ensuring that the cases are genuine. This could be difficult if the people are from outside Hyderabad and we do not have a specific contact in that town/village. Hence careful consideration is required. Cheers Suresh A
