Time: 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. Ratan ji cannot come. He already mailed. Except him I expect everyone else to be present for the meeting. Vani also be given an exception as she has to work on Sundays too till June. Jairam went to UK for two weeks on an official trip. Most probably he will be back on May 5th or 6th. SatyaKrishna due to the obvious reason cannot attend meetings or participate in any activities for three months or so. Agreed list of absentees for the meeting: Ratan ji, Vani, Jairam and Satyakrishna I hope to see everyone else to be present for the meeting. Agenda is to sit and discuss on the group and the direction it takes. As we need volunteers for most of our activities, as we see so many new members, we want to discuss and finalize the teams and as Suresh mentioned in one of his emails, we should know the teams and the team leaders and we will project them on our website. I expect a positive response from you all.
