Hello Suresh garu and others, The reason why I called for a meeting before our monthly meeting of May is that, there are many issues to discuss. Also new members never participated in a meeting so far. It is essential that we gather all our members in Hyderabad and talk to them in detail about their time, interest, expectations on our group etc., etc.,
My wish is to form teams for each activity. Assign responsibilities to the volunteers who are interested to take active part. Also to take a final word from the members who are not willing to participate in any means --- email communication, online work (one can research on different NGOs, hospitals, educational institutions, govt. schemes, CM/PM/Ambedkar/Vice-President funds etc.) participation in activities, attending meetings and so on. It would be easy for our monthly meeting to discuss on things.
