Hi, We cant expect everybody to participate in every monthly meeting. We joined here to do sth to society whenever it is feasible for us through MAD. We have professional work also. We cant neglect career right. I was in the office from 10 am to 2 am (night) from past 3 months because of lot of work. I was not able to check even single MAD mail. I am not telling u abt myself but my idea is to give actual situation about somebody. Whoever are free they will take care of activities. I dont know about the new joined members. All old members are participated in MAD activities previously and sbdy are supporting financially.
Before accepting the new members, please confirm that what is their vision about MAD, why they are going to join and how will it help to the MAD as well as Society (will they act as volunteer r support financially). I already asked the group that to send the details of persons to the corresponding moderators (region wise) who are willing to join us. If the moderators think that the new member will definitely Make A Difference then we will definitely welcome him. I dont know if new member join from Bangalore unless, I read his request or find the details in the Database. If I know him personally then only I can assign some work to him to participate in MAD activities. Regards, Pa1.
