This particular email from Ratan ji with this curious subject line caught
my attention. The moment I tried to go through all the emails to know what
is happening in the group I felt bad and sad too. To my surprise I see a lot
of dissatisfaction and frustation from everyone. The main intention of this
group is to make a difference to the underprivileged and which in turn
should help us feel good.
Not to demean anyone, It is always Prasanthi who use to gel the team and
the way she co-ordinated the activities is second to none. I personally feel
I will always go with her decision to use the groups money as she is good in
her judgement till now.
Are we also suffering by the big company syndrome where company loses the
edge as it grows by numbers?..are we accommodation too many views from too
many quarters?...
I am sorry to see that we are having difference of opinions. I feel we are
allowing too much of democracy in this group which is not a good thing as
far as my personal opinion goes. Decision should be left with few people and
not consesus or majority
Hope we will resolve the differences between ourselves ASAP and again get
going the way used to.
I want to see more cases where we can help like Divena case, paparao gari
case and the small kid from bangalore case.
BTW, My monthly contribution from this month is pending and I will be
sending this along with my next month contribution.

I do not see any reason to feel sorry for. This is not like any
other group and we maintained the status of a 'family' to it.
Members must be clear on few points. There should not be any
insecure feeling in anyone and messages shouldn't send a wrong
signal. That is why I tried to answer.
After all there is nothing against me, Ratan ji and few persons
related to some issues. Anyone of us do not have anything against
the others.
How great a member can be, we will not try to please individuals.
The group will run keeping in mind the larger interests.
If a family member is dissatisfied and left, what is the way? We
should work hard and show to them that they misinterpreted and all
of us are working for the purpose only. Let us strive to create such
a confidence.
But I am very much particular of the fact that we should allow
members to work in the way they feel like. Only if we try to object
the activities, it will create dissatisfaction.
I do not have anything personal against anyone. Ratanji, Suresh
Adina or anyone else for that matter, I have utmost respect for
them. I feel that they too do not have anything against me. We are a
family and we continue to work together as a family. The question of
whether they will be part of us or not, it is upto them.
Irrespective of their email subscription status, they are a part of
our family. We will not leave them :) They cannot go away :) We will
mail them of any activities and if they have time, they will
participate, I suppose.
