Dear friends, New Education case - referred by Dr. Sundar
Bala Subramanyam - Completed Inter 2nd year (CEC) and waiting to join in Degree (B.Com). His area of interest is B.Com (Computers). He came to our HYD monthly meeting ( June 3rd, as mentioned in the MoM) along wih his mother. His mother is working as a Therapist in Sundar's hospital He is staying in Satyavedu along with grandmother (ammamma) & his younger brother (this guy is also studying - 9th class , I guess) His father is passed away. only his mother is source of income for their family. Her mother is not ready to join him in higher education as they don't have munch money and is interested to make him join in any small job so that he can earn money. He is interested to do B.com <http://b.com/> (comps) and after that MCA but he is not eligible for MCA. Today Morning (06/06/2007) I went to Dr. Sundar's hospital and explained him about B.com <http://b.com/> and further studies for around 45 minutes. Subramaniam had already applied in two colleges in Tirupati. Now searching for colleges in Hyderabad. He got 71% marks in CEC (telugu medium),. govt. college with out tuitions So, I suggested him to do B.com <http://b.com/> (general) and CA. Now he is eligible to do CA Foundation (by doing B.Com (Gen)). It is a objective type question paper. If he gets through it, he gets eligiblity to do P.E-II (CA- Inter). I think it is easy to pass for this guy. And the College fee for Degree around 3,500/- per year. he wants hostel facility also, I expect it should be around 1500/- per month. And most of the b.com college classes are conducted half day (first half). If any one can provide a part job for him, he can earn some amount for hostel fee and pocket money. I explained about B.Com + CA & B.com <http://b.com/> next MBA and i gave time till this evening to think about that and decide so that we can update Education team about the same. I will go to sundar's hospital today evening, once again, with more details of CA & BCom colleges (course particulars too) and will Update to group tommorrow. Thank you Friends.
