Prasanthi, Whoever participates can you please find me an answer whether we can file an application under RTI act to request information on what action plan Govt. has in an emergency situation?
Recently we have seen series of emergency situations (Bomb blasts, flyover incident etc.) and due to lack of action plan I heard that it took more than an hour to take victims to the nearest hospital. There should a plan of duties and responsibilities of a common citizen to police officer to doctor to act upon in such emergency situation. If we already have such a plan then we will need to know why such plan failed to execute. Please discuss on this matter. If it is possible to file such an application I would like to do that.
