I will forward Divya's mail to Prasad Charasala and will request him to refer this issue to Kishore Putta. I am sure he will come forward (not for this case I mean........... for the entire issue). Anyone who stays near by Virginia, please mail me. Coming to this case, good to know that they got CM Fund. How about applying for PM Fund. They can apply for Vice-President fund if they fall under particular caste. Even B.R. Ambedkar Foundation is there and Shirdi Sai Seva Samithi (Punjagutta) also helps 15k it seems. (Satyakrishna was told this by none other than Dr. Lanka Krishna). May be we can refer this case also to Shirdi Sai Seva Samithi. Divya, can you visit Punjagutta with the boy (the lady's son and other reports)? Or else ask this boy to visit with all details. Satyakrishna can say more on this regard.
