Please mark your calendar for the meeting on Dec 9th. I will have to get a final count from the groups involved. Then we can decide the venue. As far as the venue is concerned I am thinking of organizing in Dr. Tapadia's hospital at RTC Crossroads and contributing Rs. 1000 to Thalassemia Society for using the venue. (We can consider the venue in Alkapuri but we do not know about them in detail so I am hesistating to take their help immediately.) I am also thinking of food arrangement. Minimum 50 will attend. Maximum 75. So how much does that cost if we plan a meal for them? Or else we have to change the timings. My intention is to catch them all one time and conduct a detailed discussion. It is becoming very hard to convince people to attend meetings. So we have only one chance to expect participation and we have to let them share their thoughts and also have time to discuss. I invite your views on the meeting. Also I request everyone of us to participate in this meeting. It would be very embarrassing to see attendance from other groups and low turn up from our group.
