I dropped my plan of going to Nellore this weekend. We have to approach the Nellore Collector for a permission for the meeting. Even if we have to invite the Collector and other officials, we need to have a letter pad and also an account in our group's name. I request Kasyap, Satyakrishna and Ravi to be after Viswanath to complete everything related to Administration. As Chaitanya is in Blr, he cannot be present physically but you can be in touch with him over phone and e-mail. Please take this as a very very high priority task and complete. Let us not postpone. I also request anyone from our group, mostly the US and Blr members, to come up with a brochure kind of content about our group. Once the content is ready we can fine tune it.
