Local Transport: Right now I talked to APTDC and these are the fares for the
same, If any of you have any local contact then please find out and let me
know the charges.
Minimum 420kms per day @ Rs 20 per km. which amounts to ~Rs 10,000/- for 24
seater
So the amount per person for travelling would be Rs 600/- for train fare (to
and fro) + Rs300/- for local transport total upto Rs.900/-
Plan 2: If we book a bus from Hyderabad taking at the charges of Rs 20 per
km. and Hyderabad to Tirupati being 700 km.
it would cost upto Rs 1000/- per person (taking 30 people into count from
Hyderabad) for the entire trip for transport.
For booking of train tickets we need to know the numbers immediately so that
can do bulk booking on friday.
All of you please go through the options Plan1 and Plan2 and let me know
your choice and also ur name and age. So that if we have to go by Plan 1 i
get the tickets reserved on Friday.
