I got your concern..

How can we maintain - forum, website and group at the same time? Are you
more worried about the repitition of the content? Users have to login into
the forum too.. and make a note over there.. - a point of wastage of time..

Hmmm... Partly I do agree, but I still strongly feel that new people can
make a good use out of forum, than from Website or from Group mails
directly..

We will have to find a win-win solution here.. May be I will come up with
one soon.. so that our group members needn't feel worried about the repition
of the content across two places (Website will give a formal update and not
intricate details as group mails nor point wise details as forums)
