As per Chaitanya's mail it is clear that our members will be busy with personal plans for the weekend of 21st and 22nd. So if at all we plan to go, 15th and 16th is the only option we have. As is clear, we can only go if we have 20 members from Hyderabad to join the celebration. Today is 7th. So we need confirmation by Monday SOB (Start of Business) say 11 am Monday.
