Hmm. Ok. As we are all going to meet for our Anniversary Celebrations, we will sit and discuss the problems, how we can overcome them and all. Let us know your expectations on the group, what are the constraints of each member and what type of work they can handle.
I understand that members from Hyd, Blr and Chennai who work on-field should be more proactive and take on the responsibilities. Nellore is picking up and US members are always active. So we have the members and the energy too. We have to Channelize and hope our anniversary celebration day (will post the details in a separate mail) will give us an opportunity to open up and discuss the issues (six hat method :) ) and we come up with a roadmap for our group and also the plan of action for the next year.
