Hi All, Please fill the following questionnaire for ur suggestions on the Focus area we (TMAD) as a group should be looking at for the next year or couple of years. *You will have to send ur responses to one of the core group members cced in the mail by April 2nd*.
The idea being we as a group should be concentrating on project based activiites for utilising the potential of every member present in the group. And provide a platform to be able to see the achievement we have done. So we are trying to figure out what you as a person involved would love to do in making a difference to the society. The suggestions would be noted down and will be discussed among the Core group and would define the imediate focus area for us. We need to be able to utilise most of the members efforts for its success. Based on the success and the learning we get, we would proceed to reach the next level of targets in the same or can get involved into a newer one if we feel we have achieved a sustainable target where in the target people can take it forward without our presence. Note that any area that we focus on we should be able to quantify our achievement. So go through all the questions first give the idea that you have, a thought in those lines and respond. The concept here is to develop ourselves into an organised way and measure our achievements. 1. What area of activity would you love to be involved for the development of society? 2. Split the activity into various tasks which would be the check points to quantify the success. 3. How much time per month would you be able to spend on making this project a success? And what would be the days that you would be able to utilise for the same? 4. What all resources would you require for fullfilling the tasks involved? 5. What are the challenges in achieving the target, the target being around 6 months to 1 year? 6. What is the contribution to the society by doing this activity and how would you define success rate for the activity? 7. Prepare a rough project plan for the activity with the timelines and check points to decide the completeness of the task. 8. Any other suggestions? REMINDER: Send your replies by April 2nd.
