Visiting Cards aspect is also good. Specially the registration number of our group and the Web site address is very good. Logo, Registration Number, Web site address, Member Name, E-mail and Phone Number. I think you people need to take the role also. Please add. Now that we have our own Bank Account (Chaitanya will announce the account number), everyone can deposit in our account itself. Yes from now on all members should contribute 100 rs. a month. Let this be a mandatory one. In line with the principles of not having any administrative expense on the funds raised, each one of us who will be having Cards or T- Shirts, will be paying for it. Coming to Receipt Books, Brochures and Letter Heads, we will raise money among our members only specially for this purpose but we will never touch the money that we get either as monthly membership money or special contributions (anything more/other than 100 rs and project/case specific donations). Also every member should deposit in the bank directly but should not give cash to any one of us. In case if it is highly unavoidable it is the duty of the volunteers to deposit in our account immediately instead of keeping cash with them and using it for another case. (This would be a headache when we sit down to write accounts). Coming to B'day celebrations during meetings is a very good idea. That way monthly meetings also would be fun in a sense and our sense of family increases manifold. (I will anxiously wait for the monthly meeting of June :)) P.S: Seshu can be a very very good teacher and a good counsellor. No doubt in it.
