Hai All,
Now we are planning to go to that area the second time, to know
more abt the area and the kids there.
We will try to find out how many kids are going to school and may be
next time when we go, we shall take correct number of students ,school
name and the standard they are in.
Now we will just try to speak to some of them and their parents.
I dont want to give them any false hopes. So will try to keep the
visit simple. Few of my colleagues are also coming with me.
There is a teacher there who takes tuition for the kids. So we can pay
her little more than what the kids are paying and ask her to show some
results.
May be a 20% rise in their marks or ask her to tell some stories etc
etc. we can even pay to one more teacher there. Instead of paying
private school fees for 2 or 3 kids, which will be around 10k per kid,
we can pay 2k per teacher for 20 students, who are already going to
govt school. May be next year in those 20 , we can find the brightest
of them and pay private school fees.
I will try to raise the funds frm our company itself first.
Huh!!!!!! more plans and on ground nothing yet..so let me stop here
