*a. Focus Area Discussion:*
1. As the academic year is going to start, we decided to first find out
the details of the organisations which supports students financially and in
other ways as well. We have identified about 10-15 organisations from AP,
mostly from Hyderabad and these organisations criteria for providing help
would be found out and maintained.
2. For this we have prepared a template on the information that we are
interested to find out and then use this database for filtering out a case
and whether they fit in any of the organisations criteria. And forward the
case appropriately.
3. We would be concentrating on educational trusts for this month and the
next and then later on concentrate on Medical trusts in August and
September.
4. Chaitanya would be coordinating this effort, identifying the
organisations and allocating to the members. The allocation will be done
within two days after the meeting.
5. The idea behind this effort is
a. We can cater to more people.
b. Help the organisations reach more needy and genuine people.
c. Having the details of how they filter out we can be sure of
only forwarding cases which they would support. Targetting a success rate of
80% on cases we forward to an organisation.
