Friends, We want to revive the RTI sessions but this time to train the active volunteers who are interested to be Trainers. This will be a TOT (Training of trainers).Rakesh wants the awareness to spread and we will be handicapped whenever he is busy. Hence this idea to train the trianers who can then go and do workshops as Rakesh does.
Rakesh came forward to train the volunteers. Whoever are seriously interested please let us know. We will take the training session for 20 volunteers at a time, on a first come first serve basis. The training would be very comprehensive and will equip the volunteers to do sessions thelselves. Rakesh has come up with a beautiful concept on how best we can explain RTI Act to people. He drafted RTI content to fit into the Snakes and Ladders Game. The Game is aimed at both educating the players about RTI and the issues connected with it. We would also like to do a software version that can easily be propagated and publicized. We had initial discussions on how to develop it and we decided upon developing it on the same lines as http://www.clubultraman.eu/snakes_and_ladders.php For this we need, 1. Creative designers to do the Board and come up with attractive and relevant pictures 2. Flash and Java Developers to develop the game We are having a meeting on Sunday (15th June, 2008) to discuss and take the idea forward.
