Hi All,

Here is an update regarding Notebooks requirement for Spoorthi &
Mehdipatnam School:

We bought the books from Rajamundry with the help of Satya
Krishna's Uncle there. We got them for RS 4.50 per notebook.
Yesterday, myself, Satya Krishna and Sharat unpacked and sorted out
according to separate requirements of Mehdipatnam school and Spoorthi
Foundation. We could get all the notebooks from Rajamundry except for
the copy writing notebooks. I am planning to buy them from Begum Bazar
this week end.
Though we (me, Satya's uncle) opted for one type of quality (bright
and better texture of the paper), the shop keeper sent us a little
dull ones but with the same texture. Anyways we got them to Hyd finally.
I took the notebooks for Mehdipatnam school yesterday night after
sorting and packing and kept them in side the school. When I called
Mr. Naresh (HM), he wanted us to distribute them to the children in
presence of their parents. So, I am planning to go to school on this
Saturday. I request interested members to associate me to distribute
(at least one member). If you can tell me about your presence by
today, I can promise HM regarding distribution by this Saturday
itself. It's already 2 weeks late after I told him. Children are also
eagerly waiting for their new note books :-)
Regarding expenses, Satya will let us know all the details. A great
benefit we got from a long survey of notebooks is that there is cost
reduction of around RS 4000 as we bought them from Rajamundry. Thanks
to Satya and his Uncle Krishna Garu for their good suggestion and
effort. Hope we may utilize the remainder money for some other good
cause(s).

Awaiting your response for distribution....

Thanks & Regards
Karthik
