Hi! Satya, On Thursday I deposited RS.5K into our group account. Please confirm whether the same is received. Also let me know the membership fee payable by me along with my committment to old cheques given but not encashed as yet. I shall try and deposit that money also.
Please also keep me updated on our efforts to get exemption under Section 80G of the IT Act. This makes the donors that much happier as they can get some IT benefit. My father is holding Rs.10K originally meant for Kaavya. Kaavya had to spend some Rs.16 lacs for the cause till now. They had got donations from some other sources also. Ms. Prasanthi opined that this amount if required can be used for Kaavya. Since we have not yet disbursed that amount, we may spend the same for other urgent needs if any. All that I need a day's time to deposit back that amount into our account. Please do take a decision in consultaion with our members and keep me informed.
