Hello Friends, Greetings.
Two three months before (when we were discussing about the menace in Motinagar colony reported by Sri K S Rao), Krishna garu (of Sirisha case) gave a call to me and informed about a family. Mr. Gangadhar worked in Deccan Chronicle and he died recently. Due to some administrative problems he was not eligible for any benefits as per the rules. So didn't get much support from DC except for Rs. 4000 as fee of the elder son, Sahitya. Sri Gangadhar's spouse is a housewife and they have two children, Sahitya, the elder one is doing his CA Inter. Madhuri, the youngest, completed Intermediate and joined in Law Course. She got University Rank (437) but as she was not aware of the Counselling dates and all missed the opportunity. By the time she went the seats got filled. She joined in Padala RamiReddy Junior College for a 5 yr Integrated Course in Law. She requested a grace period of two days to pay the fee. She submitted all her certificates to the college. The fee would be Rs. 9100 for the first two years and around Rs. 15000 for the remaining three years. Why she has chosen this career is because this is her father's dream to make her a Lawyer. Wanted to help this family by all ways once we get in touch with them. I lost the number of the boy then so couldn't follow up. This morning I received a call from Madhuri and both Madhuri and Sahitya spoke with me. I asked Sahitya to send me complete details for our reference and assured him that we can help. At last I found a valid case for the money given by Murthy garu. So decided to pay in the college tomorrow as the college is near to my place. I will ask my father to go and pay the fee. Going forward we can help them by applying for education loan and also will introduce Satyakrishna, Viswanath, Sivanand garu and Co. to the boy for guidance in his CA Course. We will also see if we can provide any employment option for their mother. There are many organizations providing skill-based training with no or minimal fee. We can enroll her in any of those training programmes and we can provide the tool (Sewing Machine or any thing) so that she can earn some money for the family. Will post the complete details once the boy sends e-mail to me. Thank you. with regards, Prasanthi.
