BREAD does not support anybody who currently studies in private college. it
will be a very BIG deviation in their policy to support this guy. I am not
sure if I should even ask for the deviation. The only reason I can think of
a deviation is that he is handicapped. I will try in any case and talk to
Mr.Rammohanrao garu.
