Friends, This is a long pending activity in Nellore. We postponed it for several reasons. Rakesh would be free after 3rd week of November, from 23rd, 24th. Let us plan any weekend based on the availability of Town Hall. Also we should see that there would be no exams as we want students (higher secondary, intermediate, graduation and post graduation) to attend this session. Nagendra garu agreed to come but he wants us to propose few dates so that he can finalize one based on his schedules. I request Nellore volunteers to get back to me by Wednesday morning. We have to do lot of work once the date is finalized.
Following are the tasks: 1. Getting the dates of availability of Town Hall on weekends (Sat or Sun) from Nov. 23rd onwards. 2. Getting the dates of availability of any other venue good enough for this kind of meetings and spacious enough to accommodate 100 people (our target is a minimum of 100 audience for this session/meeting) 3. Dates of exams from 8th class onwards to PG students 4. Identifying volunteers (we require 10 to 15 volunteers) for publicizing and co-ordination. Request to other members who are from Nellore: Please plan to attend this session as this would be a good opportunity to know about the Act, meet the senior people and more so our volunteers in Nellore. Hemanth, As you are tied up with your studies, please delegate this task to the students and you monitor them. You update the group. Please get back by Wednesday morning.
