I am a TMAD - hyderabad member. I just moved to bangaluru.
My name is Rajesh Varma M M C. I am working in NOKIA, Bangalore.
I am interested in bringing about a constructive change in the education system.
I am planning to hire a couple of students from the degree colleges.
The objective is to train them and use their services for teaching in
government school.
I will be doing the training ( they will be paid 2000 to 3000 per month)
They should take 10 - 15 hrs classes per week (it could be 2 days or 4 days in
a week)
Training books will be provided by me.
Currently i am looking for people to teach in Yousufguda Govt school ( 6,8,9th
classes) in Hyderabad
Karkhana Gun Rock school ( 7,8,9th classes) in Hyderabad
I need some help from people interested in doing something in similar lines....
- Selecting the students from the nearby college...college which is near to
school
- Monitoring them regularly...Updating the progress
I achieve 2 tasks by doing the above activity:
- Improving the skills of graduate...giving them some exposure.
- Good quality education to school students ( teachers are competetive here
orelse someone else replaces them)
