Last monday, Lavanya(My wife) and I went to priya's college, madha engg
college, and met the administrative staff to get the due fees details and
then went to the department(IT). as the HOD is on leave, we met teh
lecturers and in charge HOD. they know this girl and according to them she
is a good student.
Then went and met the principal and requested him to give some concession in
the fees as we are not relatives of the student and she is unable to pay the
fees. He said he would talk to the HOD and decide how much they could give
concession depending on the academic performance of the student. He asked us
to come next week. He assured that he would give more than 5 to 10%
concession.
Its very far from chennai(totally 60kms to and fro on bike) and so the next
time we go there we wanted to finish off the work.
Next pavan(from bangalore) spoke to udhaya who is collecting money parallely
through their friends. they have already got promise for 50k from their
friends but yet to get the money in hand. So they rquested us to wait till
this month end.
So I will be going to the college again in the next month after they collect
the money. From our side we have the money in hand.

Pulla Rao's colleague in Motorola - 2000(To our grp account through cheque)
Sudhakar majety garu ---close to 40K(802$ to our grp acct)
Pavan's frds in Blore --- around 2500(The extra money they collected for
deshik babu is given for priya)
Total --- Close to 54000(Reqd for priya)
Venkat garu has sent 120$ for priya but as we have already got enough for
Priya, with his permission we paid the fees to another student suman in
vidya nagar nellore with this amount.(5750 is paid).Reagrding suman, check
