This is the update: A person by name, Sudheer, spoke with me from Chennai last Saturday. He is one of the founders of Caring Hands group. His group also wanted to help this girl and they approached Sankara Eye Hospital, Guntur. The doctors wanted to see the girl once. Eenadu Ramakrushna garu gave our reference to him and so he called. I told him about our efforts so far and suggested him that whichever place is near we can consider that first. He opined that Blr only is nearer to Cuddapah. I spoke with Vempalle Reporter Gopal also few minutes back. He mentioned that the family is very poor and the girl's father says that doctors operated the girl and said that they have to transplant a new eye. I told him to ask the family to be ready with all her reports to go to Blr and once we get the appointment from the doctors, we will make necessary arrangements. Thank you. with regards, Prasanthi.
