*Brief Introduction about the case:* Rohit is 9 years old and is suffering from a disease called Hypospadiasis. In this disease, the patient will not be able to urinate properly / it burns/pains when urinating. The shape and size of his genital is not proper and needs to undergo set of operations - 1. To set the urinary tract in order and 2. A plastic surgery which is done from the back of the kidneys to the genital just to keep things in place. The cost of both operations is nearly 80k.Rohit’s parents are from a lower middle class family and do not have any financial support. They are from Hyderabad and reside in Balanagar (near DRDO/DRDL). *Present situation of the case:* I forwarded the case to Raja Kantamaneni of Kinnera Foundation. He took the reports of Rohit and cross verified with the doctors and assured that Kinnera Foundation will take care of the operation (both of them). However, Kinnera Foundation will not support for the medication post-operation. Swapna, mother of Rohit (9248781309) asked me for financial help for the medication. Can TMAD give her any help? The kid is to be joined in the hospital on the coming Monday (hospital is near Lakdikapul). I still do not know when the operation is going to take place.
