Hi!
I am not too sure of your modus operandi in tax exemption claim. As of now
donations made to TMAD are not exempted from Income Tax. Only after we get a
certificate under 80G of the act we can do so. Till such time it is just an
expense for any of those donors. Further 100% of the donation is not exempt.
Only 50% is exempt. In case of PM relief Fund, Gujarat Earth Quake Relief
Fund etc, one would get 100%.
Pl correct if I am wrong.
