Since it would involve US end directly as a middle channel, I personally suggest Prasanthi and Suresh both to work on it, along with others pitching in. We can surely create a good presentation document.
ATA is a very reputed organisation here as we all know, and ofcourse the fund flow will be comparitively huge. Financial support of this kind can help groups like ours have solid backing power to undertake many dream projects.
