As u know, we have our own group a/c now in hyderabd. U/any can transfer into the group a/c, provided the transfers are in INR. We CANNOT transfer foreign currency directly. All USD is routed through Chandra, as always. We will leave those headaches to him ;) U can ask ur frnds to write down FLOOD RELIEF FUND in notes section..or ref ur name, so that we can confirm back with u.
