Dear Chennai TMAD members,
Let us have our second meet in this Year on 7th Feb 2010. Venue can be
some where around adayar or velachery which ever is convenient to most of
our members. As I could not attend the first meet, I dont know most of you
personally and your venue of convenience.
But as I see the members' addresses, some of them are from south
chennai(velacheri perungudi adayar etc) and some from North chennai. So we
can have the meeting once this side of the city and the other time there.
But again which ever is convenient to most of us. For me any place is OK
unless I am not in town.
Schedule could be:
1. *Visit some home* nearby - 50 minutes
2. *Organ Donation*/Eye Donation Procedures and lets note down how many are
interested and finish it by Next meeting(before march meeting) -10 minutes
discussion, 5 minutes to note down the names
3. Discuss our *long term goal* - 15 minutes. Just proposals from all
members and finalise it by March meeting
4. Any* online activities* possible for any of our members -10 minutes -
Just proposals again and is possible start immediately.
5. A brief report about *other chapters* activities - 10 minutes. (some one
can prepare this from the mails we get and talking to them)
6. Have a *separate mail ID* along with this group ID for chennai.( 5 minute
voting Yes/No)
7. About *BOSF* : 15 minutes : Five of us - 3 minutes each - brief report
about the groups we know in chennai and their activitioes in brief and if we
know any of them personally and if we cud invite them to BOSF.
Then by Next meeting try to have a BOSF groups list and at least by April
Have a BOSF meet along with our meet. (1 hour for our meet and 1 for BOSF)
on first sunday.
Meeting 70 minutes
Visit 50 minutes
Total 120 Minutes(2 hours of your time on sunday)
Lets meet at 8:45 AM sharp and start before 9 and complete by 11:30( 30
minutes transit time to the Home)
So pl reply the place of convenience and if the time is ok for you guys or
not.
Proposed Venue : any park in adayar near to bus stops and preferably near to
Railway station and to a Home too :)
