Great Arun. Nice agenda. If I can also vote, at this point of time, I do not think it would be good to create other email id specially for Chennai. As we grow may be we require, again it would be a point of debate. As earlier we can always keep the tag <Hyderabad>, <Chennai>, <Blr> etc., If we keep interacting in new IDs we will lose the way on who are doing what. Let everything be at one place.
It is our experience that we created four different yahoogroups for Health/Education/Likemindedgroups et., but no one used it. It would be very difficult to subscribe to each group. May be we can consider this once we follow the practise of updating our Web site on a weekly basis at least. Then we can view the activities of all Chapters in the home page (latest activities) and all activities in the homepage for each Chapter. Second point is please include the Anniversary Trip also as one of the agenda points. Feb 27 and 28, members of all Chapters will meet. This is to cultivate the feeling of TMAD as one family and also to know the members of other groups, their activities, how they are managing things, how they are overcoming obstacles etc., This is like a fun trip and at the same time educative too. Please come up with the choice of places from your end. The ideal place would be near to most of the members in the sense equi-distant to all of us. or else any good place wherein we can learn like Rishivalley School project, Timbaktu etc., But journey should not be more than a one night journey. Looking forward for active participation from all the Chennai members and in fact, all members of all Chapters.
