Easy way which will also ensure that the program will go on every month
uninterrupted is to get all the staples/grocery ourselves and pay for
someone to just cook it at a place.  There are many people who cater/cook
independently.  We can rely on someone who we know will do a good job, or
with whom we have ordered before at regular intervals.

There will be people who will charge quite a bit for this, but, given the
cause, I am sure we will find someone who will charge very less.

I can refer a couple of them infact.  I am sure you might know some in and
around aswell.
