@Prashanti and all
As you have been telling "Mehadipatnam school is only our(TMAD-Hyd) big core
activity so far and we shouldn't leave it, we have to work more on the
students."
You asked a specific team to work for this school. Sathya krishna garu
mentioned in his 3rd point about
1)Geethika. She has been working for Bhumi foundation as a teacher for students
at a govt. school in kavadiguda(near mushirabad). She has good good experience
and interest as well in teaching. Even she can find a few more persons to work
for our school.
2)Shilpa also interested in school(she lives in Mehadipatnam).
So the team has been formed with 2 members( a few more will be joined). I
request you and Diwakar garu(as he is head for our hyd-education team)
coordinate with this team.
@Sathya Krishna
I request you please post about your Decision Committee / Decision Board point
as a new thread, since it is very important and it is related to all other
chapters. Let us see others opinions as well.
ThanksSivaji.

      Hi All,

My personal feed back is:

It will be very useful if we have identity cards of our organisation. as it
will be easy to show n carry them whenever we participate in TMAD activities.

Also to streamline the activities to prevents many issues it wouls be very
helpful if we nominate DC/DB as suggested by Mr. Satya Krishna.

Really we have to appriciate the great work being done by Mr. Ravi and Mrs Sri
Devi of PALLAVI and its really so sad to see ppl in such situation. We are
planning to collect clothes and other things given to them at the earliest.

Abt BRF taking initiative in this age i.e along with studies is very good :)
but instead of starting a new orphane home for kids it would be better if they
support the existing orphan homes since as students they cannot fully
concentrate and takecare of the home this may lead to many issues also may even
disturb ther studies and future.

So if they join their hands with the exisiting home they can help more number
of kids to lead happiest life. It would be better if any of the senior members
of our group guide them to plan in effective way.

Regards,

Sailaja.

Hi All

Quick update

Members presented : Satya krishna, Ravi Shankar, Sivaji, Praveen, Suresh,,
Geetika, Hema Sailaja, her mother, and new members, Pavan Bharadwaj & Shilpa
(our member Karthik sister), and suresh from BRF.

We went to Pallavi - Anadha Vrudhapaya & mentally Retarded Asramam, Near Gandi
Mysamma Chowrastha, Medchal Road.

we spent around 2 hours time there, we spoke with mr. Ravi & Mrs. Sridevi who
are the founders of Pallavi Organisation. There are 15 inmates who are mentally
retarted and old age orphans. They started 5 years back with a moto of service
to the geninue old people. Milk selling is his main income source to them. when
they started the home they have 8 cows & buffalos. Later they sold 5 buffalos
to constrcut shead.

dundigall vilalge president donated 700 sq. yards land to PALLAVI. in that they
consturucted shead with the help of WHAT(We Help and teach) and some other
doners. AMIGEOS gave plywood for cots last week.

Now he is requesting one buffalo which costs in between 15k to 25k. or
electiricl & water fittings to newly construction shead which is costs aroudn
15k to 20k.

around 12.30 We all went to BRF (bala rakshak foundation) orphanage. they
started one month back with two kids. Ravi shnakr & suresh left around 1.00 as
they have some personal work. rest all of us sit there around 3 hours, we had
lunch with the kids and brf members in home it self. and the meeting updates
are as below :

1. New members requesting ID cards. and Praveen said i will take care about
printing of cards.
2. Increase TMAD activities in Rural areas. our member native places
sourrindings are better to take. Shilpa & pavan proposed two organisation
details. Will post those details later
3. Geethika shown interest to teach school children. as she is in final sem of
MCA, she will be free around in
june. and at that time she will get 2 more friends to teach studets of
mehadipatnam school. And shilpa is also ready to teach the kids
4. Hema Sialaja mother are very interested to visit hospitals and all. now a
days shivaji alone is going to hospitals to verify cases. now on wards aunty
also will join with him. They are styaing near Alwal, if we shown any case near
bye thier area, she will take care of it
5. BRF members requested a Care Taker for their home.
6. Final and Main thing (those who attended meeting) - We need a Decision
Committee / Decision Board. This is proposed by my self. The board / committee
contains 2 main & active persons of each chapter. (Hyd, Blr, Chn & US.). So we
have 8 members in that board / committee. these 8 guys will guide entire group
in a proper way. It's already in a proper way, no doubt in that. but now  a
days new members are joining in our group. and our members are getting marry
and being silent
these days. IF any case come to group notice, that chapter DC/DB person will
ciruclate the same in DC/DB (their personal mails). they will discuss and tell
the solution to Group. meanwhile all the members will reply to that thread
also. I am thinking if we follow this one it will be very easy to do more cases
in future.

Thansk for Sivaji to organise this month meet. :)

memebers who attend today meeting , please give your views .

Sorry for lenghty mail.
