Hi all, I am Shilpa Pagadala (TMAD member Karthik’s Sister), Newly joined in TMAD group. I am really glad to be into this NGO. My brother is my inspiration to me throughout my life. I am Thankful to him all the time. “Thank you Annayya”.
Yesterday(04-04-2010), I have joined with Satya Krishna and team to visit “Pallavi - Anadha Vrudhapaya & mentally Retarded Asramam ” and BRF (bala rakshak foundation) orphanage. It is really good experience to me, to spend some time with mentally retarded people and orphan kids. In the meeting, there is a proposal to increase TMAD activities in Rural areas. Recently I came to know about an organization called “ABHAYA KSHETHRAM, Renigunta, near Tirupati”, through a TV channel. It is providing residential care and training to mentally retarded people, and old age people who are rejected by their children, and orphan kids. This organization is maintaining by a lady “Thasleem Sultana”. Now 75 orphan people are living there. These are the details I got through the media. So I proposed in the meeting, that we can choose this organization for our TMAD Rural Activity. Actually I will be going to Tirupati for my Personal work on June 2nd & 3rd. I planned my travel accordingly, so that I can dedicate one day to visit ABHAYA KSHETRAM out of two days. When I listen the proposal from TMAD to increase the TMAD Activities in Rural areas, I feel that helping them alone and helping through a Group can surely Make a difference. So I put this proposal in the meeting. I will collect more details about this organization and let all of you know. If any one is there from renigunta or Tirupati, Please enquire about this ABHAYA KSHETRAM organization. So that we will come to know, whether it is genuine or not.
