Dear All, I think we can allow this(kind of) mail into our group mails If one of our members is doing this. Doing this survey or working on this(not just working on paper but at least planning to take it up)...Even if a close friend/relative/another group member very close to our group is doing this is also fine so that some of our members might be interested and join that activity/task.
As surya has been telling, I guess its nothing wrong to circulate this mail to friends if they are interested but do we need this in our group. I dont think at least 10% of our members would have read this let alone answering to Ellitaellitamarianne@ hotmail.co. uk I do read most of the mails though and they are indeed interesting... but I am talking only about mailing to the group. Simply having another mail ID and never open it is simply ridiculous.... let us have members who read mails regularly... Lets make them read the mails.. Lets have some guidelines......
