I dig the zero-based steps in the BUILDING.txt:

(0) Download and Install a Java Devlopment Kit
(1) Download and Install the Ant Binay Distribution
...

LOL. Step zero ... I love it! If I accidentally install the JSK step as Step 1, 
will I get a InstallationIndexOutOfBounds Exception at the end ;-)
