JspC produces badly formed classnames if first char is a digit

Summary: JspC produces badly formed classnames if first char is a
                    digit
           Product: Tomcat 4
           Version: 4.0.1 Final
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Critical
          Priority: Other
         Component: Jasper
        AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

If the first char of a jsp file is a digit, e.g. 1col_layout, the JspC command
line mangler produces an invalid class name starting with the digit 1. The fix
is straightforward.
