As the functionality is available in many other ways, this bug (if actually confirmed) is only an inconvenience. There will undoubtedly be a number of issues of similar severity which will be found in 4.1.10, so I don't see the point of delaying the release for that problem given the advatages 4.1 has over 4.0 (it is similar to comparing 3.2 with 3.3, actually).
