Binding Tomcat to a Single IP Address

I assume that there is a way to do this.  I have a server that has multiple 
IP addresses assigned.  Tomcat is installed and ready to be put to the 
test.  However, when I start the server, it binds to all IP 
addresses.  Most web servers provide a way to only bind to one IP address.
